Spiace non ritrovare lo stesso provvedimento di precauzione della collettività nè in Grillo che, al di là dei proclami di facciata, ha portato berlusconi nuovamente al centro della scena politica, nè tantomeno in Letta che, da una parte ha indotto il ministro Idem alle dimissioni dopo le polemiche sull’Imu non pagata, mentre dall’altra ha addirittura spianato la strada all’ex premier per la riforma costituzionale! Non resta che sperare che questa sentenza esemplare, che colpisce il Caimano per entrambi i reati di cui era imputato: concussione e prostituzione minorile, dia finalmente la misura politica di un personaggio che tutto deve continuare ad essere tranne che un uomo di governo intento a revisionare la massima legge dello Stato.
