Sono almeno tre le notizie che più di altre hanno guadagnato le prime pagine dei giornali in questi ultimi giorni. Prima di tutto la vicenda della moglie e della figlia del dissidente kazako Ablyazov espulse brutalmente dall’Italia e riconsegnate al sanguinario dittatore kazako, amico di berlusconi, senza che per adesso siano stati individuati tutti i livelli di responsabilità tecnica e politica, in primis quella del Ministro dell’Interno Alfano. Secondariamente il pesante insulto che Roberto Calderoli ha lanciato nei riguardi di Cecile Kyenge, paragonata ad un orango durante un comizio! Insulto che – se mai ce ne fosse bisogno – dimostra ancora una volta tutto il carico di rozzezza e razzismo degli esponenti del Carroccio. Quella per il ministro dell’integrazione è una vera ossessione della Lega che evidentemente non riesce a tollerare che un ministro dello Stato italiano sia di pelle nera. Infatti il vicepresidente del Senato arriva da buon ultimo dopo una bella lista di frasi inaccettabili che vanno dai rimandi al Congo, all’evocazione del bonga-bonga e all’incitamento allo stupro.

Infine il disegno di legge presentato dal PD che mira a superare la legge del 1957 che stabilisce che i titolari di una concessione pubblica e i rappresentanti legali di una società che fa affari con lo Stato non possono essere eletti. Il testo, sottoscritto da Luigi Zanda, capogruppo dei democratici al Senato, insieme ad altri 24 firmatari, sostituisce il principio di ineleggibilità con quello più blando di incompatibilità, consentendo a berlusconi di mantenere la carica di senatore [eventuali condanne a parte], a patto di rinunciare entro un anno al controllo sulle sue aziende. Un ddl che definire inopportuno è un eufemismo e che è stato accolto in modo controverso all’interno dello stesso PD. «Se l’intenzione è quella di tentare una forma compromissoria per mantenere inalterati gli equilibri politici nazionali, allora io metto in guardia: non verrebbe compreso dalla maggior parte dei nostri elettori, per non dire da tutti», afferma Laura Puppato. Ironico poi Pippo Civati: «Non si sono resi conto che questa è la prima dichiarazione del PD in cui si dice chiaro e tondo che Berlusconi è ineleggibile».
